According to a Facebook post on the Absecon police website, the private entity that has provided Absecon with EMS services for the past 15 years notified the city that they will be closing their business and ceasing all services to Absecon. Galloway Township Emergency Medical Services will begin providing ambulance coverage in that company’s absence.
Absecon immediately moved to ensure its residents had ample emergency response. . Galloway Twp. EMS was notified and will provide Absecon residents with EMS services starting next week.
