The Atlantic City Police Department is investigating a crash that involved a vehicle and a bicyclist that resulted in a fatality.
On July 30 at 9:47 AM, patrol officers responded to Montpelier and Arctic Avenues for a report of a crash involving a bicyclist, a 61-year-old man, of Atlantic City. Arriving officers found the bicyclist suffering from serious injuries. He was transported to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, where he was pronounced deceased.
The driver of the vehicle, a 22-year-old woman, of Willingboro, NJ, remained on scene and cooperated with investigators.
