The Middle Township committee has introduced a new ordinance governing retail locations in the community. Before there was a limit of one weed business in the community. It now doubles the amount of retail sites allowed, from one to two. The ordinance also outlines the requirements for securing local support for a cannabis business. According to township Business Administrator Kim Osmundsen the process is being entirely revamped.
