Pair Pleads Guilty To Fentanyl Charges

Two men have pleaded guilty to weapons and drug offenses in Atlantic County Superior Court.
Ibin Ingrum, 19, of Galloway Township, pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl
with intent to distribute and unlawful possession of a community gun. In
exchange for his guilty plea, the State agreed to recommend an aggregate sentence of seven
years in prison. 40 year old Robert Gunter, also of Galloway Township, pleaded guilty to possession of
fentanyl with intent to distribute. The State is recommending ten years behind bars.
The convictions arose from a residential search warrant executed in
Galloway Township in July 2022. In an upstairs bedroom of the residence, the police found a
safe which contained a mixture of over three ounces of fentanyl and xylazine, along with methamphetamine.
In the upstairs and attic area of the residence, police located two handguns, ammunition, and
extended capacity magazines.
