According to the Press of Atlantic City several residents of Atlantic City Housing Authority communities asked City Council to help the more than 1,300 tenants living in subsidized housing, some of whom have been dealing with frequent disruptions of heat and hot water, leaking gas lines and mold in living areas.While council did not want to discuss another agency’s issues, several members said they planned to attend the next Housing Authority board meeting in support of residents.
