A former Stockton University employee is suing over the school’s COVID-19 policies that she said violated her religious obligations. According to the Press of Atlantic City, 66 year old Kim A. McCabe alleges Stockton violated the Law Against Discrimination by refusing to accommodate her Christian beliefs in its COVID-19 vaccine and testing protocols.
As a pro-life Christian, she contends she did not get the COVID-19 vaccine because of unsupported claims the inoculations were “developed and tested using aborted fetal stem cell lines,” according to the lawsuit filed in Atlantic County Superior Court.
