A man awaiting sentencing over cyber harassment charges was found dead last weekend at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, less than a week after a judge granted his release from jail. According to the Press of Atlantic City, 49 year old
John LeVance of Absecon, was scheduled for sentencing Nov. 1 after pleading guilty to stalking as a repeat offender, cyber harassment, contempt of a court order and invasion of privacy. He pleaded guilty Sept. 20. Police did not reveal details about LeVance’s death, but it is not considered suspicious.
