Report: Resolution Documents Missing At Atlantic City Housing Authority

Nearly three dozen resolutions that were approved by the Atlantic City Housing Authority Board of Commissioners in 2021 and 2022 have never been made publicly available, potentially defying the state’s sunshine laws and serving as another example of a lack of transparency at the agency, according to the Press of Atlantic City. The 32 missing resolutions include actions that awarded contracts to outside vendors; approved emergency services at two communities, including repairs to the underground hot water system at Stanley Holmes and approved the corrective actions plan concerning its public housing financial assessment score.
