Zoning Rejection

You could call it a case of seeing double The Atlantic City zoning board voted not to hear an application from Garden State Outdoor, which was seeking size, buffer and height variances to build an oversized billboard at a Sunoco gas station at the foot of the Albany Avenue bridge, close to residences. The board decided the application too similar to an earlier one by Garden State Outdoor, which the board rejected months ago for the same location.
