When Atlantic City police were called inh the middle of the night they found a city woman 35 year old Tahmira Mackey near Pennsylvania and Atlantic Avenues throwing stone pavers through windows at City Hall in the second criminal act at the building this month. She was charged with criminal mischief and taken to the Atlantic County jail. Police were called to City Hall about 12:05 a.m. Multiple windows at the Bacharach Boulevard building’s front entrance were damaged, and the stones were found inside, police said Tuesday in a news release.
