The Atlantic City Housing Authority delivered a large packet of material on the future of Stanley Holmes Village to Superior Court by its deadline late Wednesday. The Press of Atlantic City reports the plan is intended to provide a detailed plan for the troubled public housing complex’s future, and how the authority will provide basic services like heat and hot water this winter.
