In Middle Township a Rio Grande man was arrested Wednesday after authorities found heroin in his home, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland and Middle Township police Chief Jennifer Pooler said.A narcotics investigation led to the arrest of Jorge Aviles, 32, who was taken into custody following a search of his home in the 1000 block of Route 47. The search found Aviles to be in possession of about 2,800 bags of suspected heroin.
