In May’s Landing, Lou Strugala, the founding pastor of Church by the Bay in Galloway Township, has been appointed the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office’s first chaplain.Strugala was sworn in during a ceremony Thursday, the Prosecutor’s Office said Monday in a news release. According to the press release he has experience as a chaplain to state police. He will be available to help staff with on the job stress.
