Brigantine Rentals

According to the Press of Atlantic City as a way to better regulate short-term rentals in Brigantine, the city is preparing to spend more than $560,000 on increased staffing and enforcement tools. The plan is part of an overhaul of how the city deals with the rental properties. The program will be paid for through additional taxes on rental units, according to ordinances recently. A public hearing and final vote are scheduled for Oct. 18. If adopted, the regulations will take effect Jan. 1.
