44 y ear old Mark Hacker from Egg Harbor City was arrested without incident and charged with third degree possession of child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) and second degree distribution of child sexual abuse materials.
The Internet Crimes Against Children Unit at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office received a
referral of inappropriate images and activity associated with the defendant’s social media
accounts. Further investigation confirmed the referral.
