A groundbreaking ceremony takes place Thursday for the second building in the National Aerospace Research and Technology Park. According to the Press of Atlantic City, last month, the Atlantic County Board of Commissioners approved a $2.38 million bond ordinance to fund the design and some construction costs of a second building in a planned seven-building development. The building is estimated to cost about $18.5 million to complete and would be built in a partnership with the Atlantic County Improvement Authority, which will obtain additional funding, according to the ordinance.
