Police say a Lacey Township boy was among three people killed last weekend in a crash in Lakewood that split both vehicles in two. The vicitms are identified as Jayla Ortiz, 23, of Lakewood; Ceasia Jefferson, 24, of Neptune Township; and a 17 year-old boy from the Lanoka Harbor section of Lacey. About 2:20 a.m. Saturday, Lakewood police were summoned to New Hampshire and Cedar Bridge avenues for a report of a serious motor vehicle crash. A 2009 Honda Accord operated by Ortiz and containing passengers Mylani Theibault, 18, of Lakewood; Alexis Holloway, 23, of Berkeley Township; Jefferson; and the 17-year-old was traveling east on Cedar Bridge. Ortiz failed to stop at a red light and entered the intersection, striking a 2008 Dodge truck.
