Since tropical storm Ophelia there’a been concern about the North Wildwood beach dune. Now, the town will complete the primary part of a $400,000 steel bulkhead surrounding the beach patrol building and add the finishing touches to the construction by the end of today is the plan.The state authorized the steel wall in the last week of September as part of an emergency permit ahead of peak hurricane season.
