The Egg HarborTownship Committee will decide next month whether to accept a donation of multiple parcels of land, totaling 525 acres, in the vicinity of Broadway Avenue behind the Harbor Square shopping center. According to the Press of Atlantic City, Zell Enterprises LLC is making the donation. While most of the parcels are wetlands, a good portion of the property, right on Broadway, is developable, but the New Jersey Pinelands Commission will probably still have a lot to say about it, the representative for the family said.
