Reconstruction work on the Wildwoods Boardwalk can continue after the company that bid on the project sued over what it considered deficiencies in a contract between the city and its competitor. According to the Press of Atlantic City,
L. Feriozzi Concrete Company sued on Oct. 11 to invalidate a contract between Wildwood and Fred M. Schiavone Construction for a project to replace sections of the Boardwalk from Oak to Spicer avenues. A judge Wednesday decided the work can proceed for now.
