The former Ocean Holiday Motor Inn will stay as-is for a few more months, after the Planning Board adjourned a development application at its Dec. 6 meeting from a well-known hotelier who purchased the oceanfront motel in 2019. According to the Cape May County Herald, ICONA Resorts wants to extensively renovate the motel, located at Rosemary Road and the beach, and add a tower of rooms. The application has been met with fierce opposition and other delay-causing complications.
