To address the craft beer and local distillery business a bill intended to ease the state’s restrictions on breweries and distilleries was passed by members of the outgoing state Senate on Monday. Gov. Phil Murphy has until Jan. 16 to sign it.The bill will allow breweries more freedom to hold events and partner with food vendors, among other benefits.
