The Millville city court is set to resume operations toiay after being closed for four months because of staffing issues and claims made in a civil rights lawsuit filed by the state. During that time, Vineland had taken over operation of the court and heard cases.“We have built an entirely new team,” said Commissioner C. Kirk Hewitt, who oversees public safety. “We have a new judge and a new administrator.” Cases will now be heard on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
