A quick hitting but strong storm will begin Friday evening along the Jersey shore. Windswept rain and possible thunderstorms will impact New Jersey for the second half of Friday night. Flooding rain and wind damage are possible, reports the Press of Atlantic City. The rain will end by daybreak Saturday. However, gusty conditions will last through the weekend.
