AC Aquarium Set To Reopen July 1

The Atlantic City Aquarium is set to reopen July 1, Mayor Marty Small Sr. said during his State of the City address Friday. According to the Press of Atlantic City, the aquarium has been closed since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. When it was open it had 17 exhibits that included fish from the Mid-Atlantic and Mullica River. In addition, the aquarium had exotic animals, like bearded dragons; tropical animals, like tree frogs and chameleons; as well as eels, piranha, jellyfish and sea turtles.
