In Atlantic City, Albany Avenue west of the bridge was added back into an ordinance to expand the green zone where cannabis businesses are allowed, after a long debate by City Council Wednesday night and an impassioned speech by Mayor Marty Small Sr. According to the Press of Atlantic City, Council then voted again, and the reconsideration passed 5-4, with at-large Councilman George Tibbitt, Council President Aaron “Sporty” Randolph, 2nd Ward Councilwoman LaToya Dunston and 6th Ward Councilman Jesse Kurtz continuing to vote no.
