The executive director and purchasing agent for the Atlantic City Housing Authority need to be held accountable for ongoing problems providing safe and decent living conditions to tenants, City Council Vice President Kaleem Shabazz said. He said of the lack of heat and hot water, mold, pest infestations and more that have continued for more than a year at Stanley Holmes Village and other properties. Shabazz is seeking a reduction in pay for Executive Director Tom Sahlin.
