In Atlantic City two city boys, ages 15 and 16, were arrested Saturday after they assaulted a delivery driver and stole his vehicle, police said.Police responded to the 1000 block of Sewell Avenue for a report of a carjacking at 2:57 p.m. Saturday. The 35-year-old male victim was making a delivery when he found one of the teens attempting to steal his car, police said.
