In Egg Harbor City The Peace Pilgrim statue, which honors the life and legacy of a local woman who walked across the country for peace, was defaced on multiple occasions recently and is in the progress of being repaired, Mayor Lisa Jiampetti said. The statue is located at Peace Pilgrim Park in the 500 block of London Avenue, near City Hall.
