The owners and residents of units in The Seaspray condominiums are back out of the building after the city construction official deemed it unsafe until structural repairs are completed. And the Press of Atlantic City reports It’s about a year after the city closed the building at 3315 Bay Ave. over safety concerns, what is often referred to as being “red tagged” because of the color of the stickers warning that “No individual is to occupy this building until the structure is rendered safe and secure.”
