AC Police Went To Mayor Marty Small’s Home Wednesday

Atlantic City Police were called out Wednesday morning to a call made by Mayor Marty Small Sr. regarding a family dispute. The Press of Altantic City reports officers determined there was no crime committed and no further action was necessary.
The police call to the mayor’s home on Presbyterian Avenue occurred before Small was scheduled to announce the opening of applications for the second round of Mayor Marty Small Sr. Scholarships, which was delayed, citing an “emergency.”
Small and his wife, schools Superintendent La’Quetta Small, were charged April 15 with endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly abusing their teenage daughter.
