The Press of Atlantic City reports a resident board member Atlantic City Housing Authority who has consistently pushed for more transparency and help for residents said Thursday she is resiging from the board, saying it lacks the competency and compassion needed to serve the residents. Charmaine Hall said she could not remain “on a Board that does not prioritize the welfare and rights of its residents.”
