An Egg Harbor Township man is charged with insurance fraud. 50 year old Clay Stake allegedly told police investigating an accident involving his vehicle, that the vehicle must have been stolen. He’s accused of filing an insurance claim stating the same thing but police say their follow up investigation revealed Stake was operating the vehicle at the time of the accident.
