Galloway Township Man Indicted For Alleged Attack On Police Officers

31 year old Keith Kiminsky of Galloway Township was indicted by an Atlantic County Grand Jury for attempted murder and
associated aggravated assault, resisting arrest, obstruction and weapons offenses related to an
incident that occurred on April 7, 2024, in Galloway Township.
On April 7, Galloway Police Officers responded to 307 Cresson Avenue for a 911
verification. There were several prior calls to 911 that resulted in hang ups and police were
checking on the occupants. Upon arrival by police, Kiminsky came out of the house and
attacked one of the officers with a serrated knife by slashing him in the face. Kiminsky then
fought with the officers on the ground for several minutes, not dropping the knife even when the
officers demanded that he stop resisting. Other officers were injured as well.
