Questions continue to swirl over where an Atlantic City council member lives after a private investigator testified Wednesday that did not see Muhammad Zia spend the night in his residence during 24 hours of video surveillance. The Press of Atlantic City reports Richare Farr told the court he was hired by a political opponent of Zia’s who claims Zia lives in Egg Harbor Township and is thereby not eligible to be on council. Farr did admit that on 34 of 83 potential surveillance days, his camera was not functioning properly so he could not say whether Zia stayed in the home he owns on Brighton Avenue on those nights.
