The Atlantic City Police Department arrested three men during separate incidents for narcotic related offenses.
On Tuesday, detectives arrested three men during investigations into the possession and distribution of narcotics. Detectives arrested 60 year old Ricky Bailey of Atlantic City in the 1800 block of Hummock Avenue after observing him a drug transaction. They later arrested 27 year old Floyd Spencer and 22 year old Christian Mateo, both of Atlantic City. Mateo attempted to flee from detectives and was found in possession of a knife. The detectives were investigating the pair for attempting to distribute drugs in the first block of south Florida Avenue. As a result of the arrests, detectives recovered 34 vials of cocaine, 193 wax folds, prescription pills, suboxone, almost $3,000 in drug proceeds, and a vehicle.
