A Cape May Court House man was arrested Monday after authorities seized weapons and drugs from his home, the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office said. Robert A. James, 53, was charged with four counts of certain person not to possess weapons, four counts of possession of a weapon during a drug offense, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession with intent to distribute ecstasy, possessing a weapon without a serial number and unlawful possession of an assault firearm.
