Ice cream parlors, pizzerias and other businesses from which many people walk away eating what they just purchased will need to provide trash cans in Cape May and recycling containers, and empty them, under an ordinance under consideration this summer. According to the Press of Atlantic City City Council introduced the change to city code in a unanimous vote at a recent meeting, with a public hearing and final vote planned for 3 p.m. Aug. 6 at City Hall, 643 Washington St.
