In Port Republic the Duct Tape & Cardboard Regatta, which made its triumphant return to the city last year, will be held again Sept. 15.The regatta will be held at Park Avenue entrance of Port Republic Beach. Registration will open at 11:30 a.m. and close at 1 p.m. Races will begin at 1:30.There is also a tentative rubber duckie race scheduled to begin at 1.The regatta first ran in 2012, and then sporadically in the following years.
