State officials visited the Landisville Produce Co-op on Monday to see firsthand how their support gets local produce to food-insecure New Jersey residents. According to the Press of Atlantic City the Food Bank of South Jersey in Pennsauken, Camden County, began partnerships with local farms and organizations like the Landisville Produce Co-op in 2022 with the support of the New Jersey State Food Purchase Program, which distributes funds to organizations to be used to buy food for the hungry.
