In Galloway Township, Tina Zappile, who has taught political science at Stockton University for 12 years, was named the new director of the William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy, the school said Wednesday.Zappile replaces John Froonjian, who retired this past spring.The Hughes Center serves as a catalyst for research on public policy and economic issues in South Jersey and provides a forum for public discussion for citizens and policymakers.
