An Atlantic City man was arrested after he allegedly caused an explosion on the sidewalk Wednesday morning, police said.Stacy Thomas, 38, was charged with unlawful possession of a destructive device, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at the Atlantic County jail. Early Monday morning Officer Odalys Filippi-Sarmiento was driving in the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue when she saw an explosion on the sidewalk.
