The first legal cannabis business to open in Atlantic City is set to also be the first to shut down. The Botanist at 1301 Boardwalk will close this month, reports the Press of Atlantic City. The last day in operation will be Aug. 18, according to a notice posted on the business’ website. The multistate cannabis business will remain in operation in other locations, including at 100 Century Road in Egg Harbor Township.
