The board of the Atlantic City Housing Authority passed a resolution Thursday evening to increase the allowable payment to Kisby Lees Mechanical LLC from $1 million to $2.5 million. The Press of Atlantic City reports the company has been repairing broken and leaking gas pipes at the troubled Stanley Holmes Village complex and other mechanical issues in other properties owned and run by the authority.
