Steven T. Seeburg was arrested Tuesday after a joint investigation that began with a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that an unidentified subject, subsequently identified as Seeburg, downloaded and shared various images of child sexual abuse material. At the time of the search, multiple cellular devices, including cellphones and laptop computers, were seized from the residence and found to contain child sexual abuse images and videos.
