The Egg Harbor Township Committee is expected to discuss a resolution tonight that could lead to an offshore wind company developing a substation on four acres along Hingston Avenue. The resolution would add two lots to the township’s Cardiff redevelopment area. The undeveloped lots had been valued at $311,000 combined. Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind purchased them in January 2023 for more than $4.3 million, according to Atlantic County property records.
