Monday, 30 year old Manuel Alicea of Galloway was arrested by members of the Egg Harbor City Police Department on a New Jersey Transit train. Alicea was wanted for his involvement in a robbery that occurred in Atlantic City. On August 14, Alicea was charged following an investigation into the assault of a man who was struck with a handgun causing injuries in the 1100 block of Arctic Avenue. After striking the victim with the handgun, Alicea stole the victim’s belongings and attempted to steal his bicycle. The victim was treated at the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division.
