The Galloway Township Council introduced an ordinance Tuesday that could open up a section of land at the center of the township to redevelopment and possibly ease traffic around four township schools. Grand Woods, a 47.5-acre parcel of land, is bounded by Jimmie Leeds Road to the south, the Garden State Parkway to the west, Absegami High School to the north and Wrangleboro Road to the east, Township Manager Chris Johansen said.
