A Texas man 18 year old man Zachary Watts of Colleyville who was in a rehab program in Ventnor said he was drunk and high when he allegedly attempted to break into an Egg Harbor Township home two days after he was released from jail after being accused of burglarizing a different home. Atlantic County Superior Court Judge Pamela D’Arcy ordered Watts released until trial Tuesday with conditions that he must check in with the court once a month and enroll in a rehab program once he gets back to Texas.
