Some electrifying conversation is coming. U.S. Rep. Jeff Van Drew said Friday he plans to hold a hearing on rising electricity costs at a time and place in South Jersey to be determined. The Republican 2nd District congressman also said he will introduce a package of bills designed to make utility companies more transparent and protect consumers.
